Having stayed in Brighton for around a year before, I confidently declare Ella's as my favourite cafe in Brighton. Almost everything they serve is homemade and tasty, my usuals include: Leek soup, ice vanilla latte (and I don't even like coffee to begin with, this is the only exception other than yeye's 3-in-1 coffee) and cow cake.
A photo that pretty much sums up the essentials of my daily make-up routine.
So much love for every single one of those products especially my Laura mercier concealer and Chanel loose powder.
Gelato Gusto
Really fine ice-cream in the heart of North Lanes, my favourite was the Rose and lychee sorbetto, unlike the usual sorbets you find in an average ice-cream parlour, the sorbet they serve here has a good balance of sweetness, richness in flavour and the best part, it is not sour at all.
Riddle & Finns
My to-go place for oysters and other seafood. What I really like about the place is how they serve a bread platter at the beginning that comes with three different types of dips that are pretty out of the ordinary. One of the must-trys would probably be the Rockefeller oysters, it's something different as compared to the conventional oysters, also, it's like an explosion in your mouth, no kid. This is very much a place worth going.
I will never ever get bored of this wonderland. It's just filled with so much life and love, and trust me I can go on forever. Although it was just a two night trip, I've come to learn so much more about this city and I've come to love it even more.
Till next time
xx
